Since discovering my calling as a psychologist in 2005, it has been my mission to help people heal their hearts and relationships, grow into their best selves, and thrive in their lives, families, and careers. In my role as a psychotherapist, I view each person as a distinct individual with everything they need within for growth and healing. Taking a collaborative approach to therapy, I use my expertise in personality psychology, and clinical psychology in general, and couple it with the expertise my client has in him/herself. Working together we create a healing space, formulate goals, come up with strategies, and overcome obstacles.
In the role as coach, I work with people who are not struggling with heavy issues, but rather wish to grow and expand in their careers, lives, and finances. My expertise in personality applies to coaching in addition to the use of research in self-actualization, behavioral finance, and positive psychology.
I look forward to hearing from you and being of service. Call for a consultation today!

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I truly love being able to see people for who they are, and help them towards their goals for healing and living. I love assisting people in finding life satisfaction, meaning, and purpose. I feel deeply honored that people trust me to really hear them about their lives and who they are. This is an honor that comes with a responsibility the be ethical, compassionate, and non-judgmental. Human beings are amazing and complex and it is because of this and the complexity of life that problems sometimes arise. People are rational and emotional, individuals and members of community, and in their lives they take on countless roles as parents, lovers, friends, workers, and more. It is no wonder that in the midst of all of this that sometimes people need help to navigate. I see coming to therapy or seeking coaching or consultation as an act of courage and wisdom. There is nothing weak about seeking assistance and it is often in allowing ones self to be vulnerable that real strength is found. Seeing people become healthier, more fulfilled, and able to achieve their hearts desires inspires me every day.
