Billing and Insurance

I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage

Fees: My standard fee is $150 for a 50 minute session for individual or couples therapy. I offer sliding scale appointments based on availability and need.

If you would like to submit for reimbursement from insurance I'm happy to walk you through the process.

I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma, high levels of anxiety or perfectionism, and eating disorders. Additionally I have special insight into the needs of artists and individuals in creative and high stress careers/schools. I pull from mindfulness, dialectic/cognitive behavioral therapies, the Trauma Resiliency Model, and creative arts and feminist perspectives as is helpful for each individual client.
