I offer morning, day and evening appointments as well as video sessions when appropriate. I am more than happy to answer any questions, so please don't hesitate to reach out!
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
In addition to a generalist practice, I'm honored to provide specialized treatment for trauma survivors seeking healing and safety, and I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals seeking recovery from eating disorders. I also have special insights into the needs of artists and creative professionals, and welcome artists and art students seeking additional support.
What I Usually Need to Know to Help
I want to hear whatever you want to tell me, and I will never demand that you tell me something that you don't want to share. For some people, telling the story of what happened to them can lead to a greater sense of empowerment. Others may not know "the story," or may choose for other reasons to work on stabilizing before they share the details of what has occurred.
