Fees: At Explore Whats Next, I provide out of network billing services, or fee for service for individual sessions. We will help you figure out how much is covered by your insurance company, and handle all your out of network benefits claims for you if you plan to use insurance.

Life is challenging, even without mental health difficulties. Trying to improve your life on your own can leave you feeling overwhelmed. Perhaps you want to give up. No matter how hard your struggle is, professional support can help. I believe that self-empowerment can help you navigate life's difficulties. My job is to help you get back on the journey toward the life you want.
I have partnered with students, adults, and veterans to determine their futures, and with retirees to find fulfillment. I treat a range of mental illnesses, including mood issues and PTSD. I use a range of therapeutic models, including DBT, CBT, existential, and interpersonal therapies. I tailor my approach to your needs, working with you to set therapeutic goals.

When you're ready to try again, I can empower you to create the life you deserve. When you feel ready, please call me so we can begin.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

While I work with people struggling with many different types of problems, I specialize working with people who have experienced trauma.

Sometimes we experience events that we were never meant to experience, and our mind and body continue to react with fear to all situations thereafter. If you are attempting to live your life after trauma, let me help you find your new normal in a way that will let you find peace once again.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

Choosing to start therapy is a brave decision. Not only does engaging in therapy sometimes means that you start to feel worse before you feel better, but you are also agreeing to tell a stranger some very private information about yourself. Choosing to go to someone and face the things you have been pushing into a dark corner of your mind can be scary and certainly unappealing. The benefit of therapy is that once you are able to face that darkness, you will be able to release yourself from the prison of that negativity with the support of someone who is skilled to help you in that path.

Have you had a bad experience going to therapy in the past? A big part of what makes therapy work is the relationship between yourself and the therapist you see. That is why I offer a complementary initial consultation so you may meet me and see if we are the right fit before committing to trying out therapy.

Don't give up on getting the help you need, even if the first therapist you meet is not the right one.
