Billing and Insurance

I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage

Fees: At Explore Whats Next, I provide out of network billing services, or fee for service for individual sessions. We will help you figure out how much is covered by your insurance company, and handle all your out of network benefits claims for you if you plan to use insurance.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

Choosing to start therapy is a brave decision. Not only does engaging in therapy sometimes means that you start to feel worse before you feel better, but you are also agreeing to tell a stranger some very private information about yourself. Choosing to go to someone and face the things you have been pushing into a dark corner of your mind can be scary and certainly unappealing. The benefit of therapy is that once you are able to face that darkness, you will be able to release yourself from the prison of that negativity with the support of someone who is skilled to help you in that path.

Have you had a bad experience going to therapy in the past? A big part of what makes therapy work is the relationship between yourself and the therapist you see. That is why I offer a complementary initial consultation so you may meet me and see if we are the right fit before committing to trying out therapy.
