My therapeutic approach is to provide a comfortable and safe space to help people build on individual strengths, gain insight into themselves and develop effective ways of coping with life's stressors. Having experience working with individuals, couples and families in diverse settings has helped me develop a better understanding of myself both personally and professionally, as well as what a therapeutic relationship can offer. It can be difficult to begin sharing and working on deeply personal issues, which is why I emphasize a nonjudgmental, empathic and direct approach. I strongly believe in the power of working collaboratively to begin the therapeutic process and establish a trusted relationship.

My Role as a Therapist

I am committed to creating a supportive and safe environment to help people in sharing their stories and discussing difficult and sometimes painful topics.
