I wants to support you by making the most of your time together. My style is direct, down to earth and focuses on a collaborative approach. I will work with you to create change that you can carry out in your everyday life. I am passionate about healing and find true meaning in supporting others in overcoming challenges and learning more about themselves throughout the process.
My experience and current focus is with adolescents and young adults. I first discovered my love for helping others over fifteen years ago in practicing equine therapy. Since then I have been passionate about healing through alternative environments. My experience is dynamic including having worked in homeless shelters practicing adventure therapy with adolescents, doing intensive outpatient services with individuals overcoming addiction, as well as working with those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Because of these experiences, I am able to modify my approach to meet your comfort level and preferences in how you want to meet your own goals. I offer both a traditional office setting as well as movement outdoors.
