I want to find out if you and I would be a good fit so that I can help you to find the happiest, healthiest you yet! Therapy takes many different forms, and I would love to help you discover what may work best for you. Taking the time to know yourself will greatly impact your own sense of well being as well as those you love. My style is direct, down to earth and focuses on a collaborative approach. My outlook is strength based and I want to meet you where you are at in your experience. I can incorporate others from the family system as much or as little as desired.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and a level two certified addiction counselor. Whether you are an adolescent, young adult or a parent seeking support right now, I hope that you take the next step of contacting me directly so that we can learn if we would be a good fit.
My passion for this work comes from a love of people and their stories. I started my career with a more alternative approach to therapy - equine and adventure therapy - which evolved into a traditional approach of talk therapy. Because of these experiences, I can be flexible in terms of what style and approach might work best for you.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
My specializations include addiction and substance abuse by supporting both the individual and family as needed. My expertise lies in dual diagnoses, so working with those who are often simultaneously struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, crisis, attachment, and other mental health obstacles.
In addition, I work with those with developmental and intellectual disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder. I work not only with the individuals, but love to work with the families who are working to create balance in their lives surrounding a new diagnosis, a small or large transition or just overall support with the day to day tasks.
