This can best be achieved in psychotherapy through addressing the organic layers of the whole person- physical, emotional, and spiritual-as these are all interrelated and each imperative to ones overall health and well-being.I provide a safe and nurturing space for individuals to process and explore their inner emotions, while supporting their continued growth and development. The beginning of a therapeutic relationship can be scary and it takes courage to show up and care for yourself. Once you find the courage within to make the initial phone-call, I will be here to support you along your remarkable journey towards discovering your true potential and happiness.
