My Approach to Helping
Relationships can be one of the most rewarding experiences you can have, but when they seem to be falling apart, it begins to impact other areas of your life and can lead to feelings of anger, frustration, hopelessness, and depression. I want to help you work on improving your relationships whether they have lost the spark that they once had, you are having ongoing conflicts, or you are dealing with life transitions, infidelity, separation, or sexual issues.

I work from a holistic perspective, which means I believe problems in families and relationships aren't one person's fault. It takes every member of a family or couple to work together to rebuild relationships. I serve individuals, couples/partners, married couples, divorced couples, and families.

My belief is that every person and problem is unique. My practice is strength based and focuses on my clients' natural abilities and insight, while using my knowledge of relationship skills and mental health issues.
