My Approach to Helping

For more than 16 years I have worked with clients in a variety of settings. I provide counseling for individuals and families, and work with a broad spectrum of clients.

My experience includes work with children, adolescents, adults and families on issues related to trauma, mental health, parenting, self-esteem, grief and loss, career and life transition issues, and separation and divorce. My goal is to help you reduce stress, increase healthy resources, and ultimately increase your capacity for joy and connection.

I have received specialized training in Self Regulation Therapy (SRT), a process that aims to renegotiate trauma in a gentle, non-cathartic way. I work to provide a safe and supportive environment, free of judgment and criticism, so that each person can attain their life?s goals.
