My Approach to Helping
I help couples, families and individuals to better understand themselves and each other and to transform the quality of their life and relationships. I have extensive experience with children and adolescents, families and individuals adjusting to separation and divorce, as well as mood and anxiety problems. Relationship transformation and balanced life improvement are my specializations.I create an individualized treatment plan for each client which is "integrative" and solution focused. I often combine classical cognitive/behavioral psychotherapy with alternative and complimentary healing approaches to best suit your needs. Authentic and supportive relationship is the catalist for change. I assist couples wanting to enrich, realign, and re-energize their relationship, offer individual psychotherapy to relieve mood and anxiety conditions, and family counseling to assist with re-solution of child and adolescent behavioral problems. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years professional experience and love my work.
