My Approach to Helping
I am passionate about helping couples build a loving satisfying relationship by deepening their connection, improving communication, healing past hurts and managing conflict constructively.

I will work with you to develop a clear understanding of your goals and shared vision for the ways in which you would like your relationship to grow. I will also assess your relationship strengths and areas for growth in core areas including the quality of your friendship, emotional connection, conflict management skills and shared dreams. I will assist you in having conversations with each other that help you develop better communication skills and deepen your understanding of each other and strengthen your relationship.

More Info About My Practice
I offer in person office visits and telecounseling or coaching sessions. If you are interested in working with me, call (970) 203-0643. If you receive my confidential voice mail, I will return your call the same day if calling during normal business hours or the next day if calling after hours. Our initial conversation is completely confidential. I will ask you a few questions to determine if I can be of help to you. Once I am confident I can assist you, and we agree to work together, we will schedule our first session.

I bring enthusiasm and passion to assisting others in resolving issues, improving relationships and achieving their personal and professional goals. For more information, please visit my website.
