I believe each individual possesses unique strengths and competencies. For a variety of reasons, these strengths can become buried, lost, or forgotten. Through the therapeutic relationship, I will help you to reconnect with your strengths, and learn new techniques to improve communication, overcome anxiety, recover from loss and promote transformation. I endeavor to work collaboratively with you while creating a safe environment conducive to positive change.
