My Approach to Helping
The most important person in the therapeutic process is the client. Therapy is interactive relationship. I am not a therapist who will simply nod or convey empathy. Together we will look for solutions. My approach is to use a family systems lens to assist in exploring the patterns of behaviors, expectations and relationships to form new more adaptive ways to manage the world around you. My approach and style are flexible to meet your needs.
