My Approach to Helping
I believe that the gems that you receive from the work on yourself come from understanding yourself more fully in order to have more choices in your life and improve your relationships. The more you know about yourself, the more you can choose what you want for your life. Before you have insight into yourself, life and circumstances choose you through old patterns, faulty belief systems, addiction and psychological wounds from your past. Choice, awareness and healing equal healthier living mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. What I offer is in-depth, insight-oriented, compassion based, psychotherapy with individuals, couples and groups that will help to facilitate you having all that you want for yourself in your life.
