I strongly believe that the first and most important step in a sucessful therapy experience is making sure that you feel a comfortable connection with your therapist. I treat each of my clients as unique individuals and attempt to tailor my style to what is most effective for each person.

I have an extreme passion and enthusiasm for guiding clients through the journey of finding comfort, balance, and happiness in life. My specialty areas include: Depression, Anxiety, Substance Use/Chemical Dependency, Mindfulness and Meditation, Relationships and Communication, and Behavior Modification. I am fluent in American Sign Language and have a wealth of knowledge regarding the Deaf and CODA cultures.
