GoodTherapy.org is pleased to receive your article for publication on our websites. Please read and check your agreement below.
Permission to Publish
In consideration of the publication of your article, you grant to GoodTherapy.org the right to publish this article and excerpts of this article on all GoodTherapy.org operated websites, all non-GoodTherapy.org websites, and in all media now existing or hereinafter to be created. Syndication of your article on any non-GoodTherapy.org operated website will include reference to you as the author and, if possible, a link to your GoodTherapy.org profile. You also grant GoodTherapy.org the right to make editorial changes and corrections to your article.
Your Duties:
a) You shall be responsible for preparing and editing your article without expectation that GoodTherapy.org will correct spelling, punctuation, or grammar.
b) If the Article incorporates any previously copyrighted material which is not in the public domain, you shall identify each material to GoodTherapy.org and shall obtain, at no expense to GoodTherapy.org, written permission from the copyright owner of such material to include it in the Article, and shall deliver such written permission to GoodTherapy.org, prior to the publication of the Article, as GoodTherapy.org shall require.
Warranties and Representations:
a) You warrant and represent that you are the owner of this article and that you have the full right, power and authority to grant GoodTherapy.org permission to publish this article and that the rights have not heretofore been assigned or otherwise encumbered and are in all respects free and clear; that the Article is your original Article and has not been published before in whole or in part by another author, is not in the public domain, and does not infringe the copyright or any other proprietary right of any other party; that the Article contains no material that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, violates any right of privacy or is otherwise contrary to law; that no instruction or formula included in the Article is harmful if applied.
b) You shall indemnify and hold harmless GoodTherapy.org, its subsidiaries and affiliates, their offices, directors, employees, agents, licensees, and successors against any liabilities, losses, damages, charges, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses and court costs) arising or resulting from any claim, demand, action, suit or proceeding, or the settlement or compromise thereof, which, if sustained, would constitute a breach of any of the warranties and representations herein.
You will receive no royalty or monetary compensation for the assignment set forth in this agreement. Exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute under this agreement shall lie in the federal and state courts resting in the state of Alaska. This Agreement can only be modified in writing.
