My Approach to Helping

Our approach is eclectic and holistic. We have been in practice since the business began in 1993. Since then we have added to the initial training and qualification with year on year professional training updates. This has resulted in a wide range of therapy options that can be combined to help the individual, group or couple. We are highly supportive of different groups and work actively and positively with people with various sexual persuasions, learning disabilities, mental health problems and other conditons. Speciality areas include anger management, eating disorders, managing mental health conditions, abuse survivors and life coaching. We combine counselling skills where appropriate with a range of therapies that we are qualified in providing, including: Herbalism, Hypnotherapy, Crystal Healing, Kinesiology, Nutritional Therapy, Reiki, Psychotherapy, Life Coaching and Holistic Healing. We are dedicated to maintaining nationally recognised standards of qualification and practice, including adherence to the NOS National Occupational Standards for the therapies we provide. Male and female practitioners (slighly different therapy availability between practitioners) working alone or together with clients. We are primarily an adult service provider, although teenagers will be accepted with parent supervision.
