My Approach to Helping
Hard times often create the motivation and setting for positive change. Serenity comes from knowing you can handle what life gives you and still enjoy the journey. My goal is to work with you to gain self awareness and discover new ways to repond to life challenges.I believe everyone is unique and my approach to therapy is tailored to your needs. I am both a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My practice offers a relaxed atmosphere where we can discuss how to make things better.

My clients come to me with a variety of issues concerning their relationships,self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and addicition. I enjoy working with both the straight and gay/lesbian communities
