My Approach to Helping

Are you having the life you wanted? Do things seem harder than they should be? Are you ready for change? Hard times often create the motivation and setting for positive change. Serenity comes from knowing you can handle what life gives you and still enjoy the journey. Since I believe everyone is unique, my approach to therapy is tailored to your needs. I am both a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable with your therapist. My practice offers a relaxed atmosphere where we can discuss how to make things better.
My clients come to me with a variety of issues concerning their relationships,self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and addicition. I enjoy working with both the straight and gay/lesbian communities
