I believe that we, as human beings, are naturally inclined toward growth and transformation. I view therapy as a powerful tool designed to help you understand what is getting the way of feeling your best and living the life you want. As the obstacles are uncovered, we work collaboratively through these areas of difficulty and move toward new solutions. My style is warm, engaged and genuinely interested.

In Novato, my office is wheelchair accessible. My practice is open and welcoming to people who are new to therapy as well as people who have been in therapy before. I am interested in working with people from all walks of life.

I specialize in working with people who are feeling stuck in their lives and need help working through obstacles to move forward. I have a special interest in working with men and their relationship issues. I also work with older teens and young adults, helping them to navigate the transition to adulthood and with people struggling with depression.
