My Approach to Helping

I am a licensed clinical therapist who specializes in working with teens and young adults. These phases in life can be the most challenging and help is often met with resistance. Struggles can include anxiety, anger, and sadness around issues of friendship, work, school, family, and sexuality. Through individual, family, and group therapy, the work that I do is tailored to meet the client's needs so issues can be explored and goals met.
