You have put hours into optimizing your outreach efforts, maximizing your online presence, structuring your business goals, and implementing a variety of other tried-and-true marketing techniques—so why are you experiencing a lull in generating new clients? The inherent “ups and downs” of managing a private therapy practice can be difficult and frustrating, especially when they catch you by surprise. Since the cause and effect of these patterns can be difficult to trace, sometimes the best insight and guidance comes from someone who has experience dealing with similar challenges.

Practice-building mentor Keri Nola, LMHC, returns for a 90-minute question-and-answer webinar focused on preparing clinicians for the ebbs and flows they may experience in running a private practice. Whether it is down-time during the holiday season or gaps in demand due to challenging economic times, Keri has faced these types of challenges in her own practice and has helped clinicians of all kinds build and sustain successful practices. During this live webinar she will employ her expansive knowledge and creative problem-solving skills to answer participants’ questions and equip clinicians with effective strategies for navigating tough times.

Do you have questions about how to get clients when demand seems limited? Are you looking to overhaul your current strategies entirely? Do you need help handling how your initial expectations end up aligning with reality? Whether you are planning for times of the year that you know to be particularly busy or slow, or you want help building a contingency plan for unexpected fluctuations, this question-and-answer webinar connects you with Keri for expert feedback regarding your questions and concerns.
