Do you love supervising new clinicians on their way to licensure but find it difficult to promote this area of your practice? Providing clinical supervision can be both rewarding and challenging, and developing a successful supervision practice involves learning new private practice building skills while gaining a knowledge of business and marketing.

Kate Campbell, PhD, LMFT and Katie Lemieux, LMFT built their own full-fee practices from the ground up and created two companies, K2 Visionaries and The Private Practice Startup. Together, their mission is to support clinicians on their professional journeys from startup to mastery.

During this 90-minute web conference, Dr. Kate and Katie will share the business strategies and clinical supervision skills they have developed over the last decade. They will describe strategies for supervisors to develop a clear vision, style, and philosophy. In addition, they will cover specific strategies for creating and marketing a successful supervision practice.

This introductory web conference is designed to help clinicians who provide or plan to provide supervision:

  1. Identify and describe their own philosophy of clinical supervision.
  2. Create their vision of supervision.
  3. Explain their style of supervision to potential interns and other professionals.
  4. Identify effective strategies for marketing a supervision practice.
  5. Implement at least three marketing strategies for their supervision practice.
