My Approach to Helping

I am a fellow traveler on the path of healing. My own healing process informs my work as therapist as much as my different trainings have taught me. We cannot escape our past, but can use its teachings to open up our present and future. There is a wise person and healer within the limits our trauma has imposed upon us. Finding that inner resource is my vision for anyone choosing to work with me.

More Info About My Practice

My original training began in 1980 in Body-centered Psychotherapy. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practioner. I have incorporated into my work my experiences with and study of a variety of "wisdom schools" ranging from Past Life Regression to Animal Imagery. As I continue to grow my Self, my work continues to evolve.
