My Approach to Helping

I primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy when working with clients. My professional experience, and also current research supports the idea that CBT is one of the most effective forms of treatment for many disorders.
In some cases, many believe that it is more effective than medication.
Because therapy is not "one size fits all", clients can expect an individually tailored treatment plan that best addresses his/her concern, with mutually agreed upon goals.
