Hi there! I'm Shelley and I am passionate about helping couples create impactful growth in the following areas: communication, problem-solving, connectedness and trust. Sharing your life with someone is a beautiful, but brave, endeavor. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have undergone specialized training to work with couples. I am honored to take part in helping preserve these relationships that I feel are the foundation of our society; and yet are suffering due to a lack of support and guidance.

You, too, may have recently found yourself looking for a safety net, a soft place to fall. When you have a therapy session with me, you can expect to be heard, guided, and supported. But you can also expect, as in any situation where learning and growth occur, that you may be challenged with confronting difficult issues, self-reflection, and even homework assignments!
