My Approach to Helping
I have practiced psychotherapy for over thirty years. Working with trauma, abuse, incest, depression, anxiety, women's and couple's issues , I have a private practice in Pasadena. I combine my knowledge of somatic experiencing(a gentle , naturalistic way of releasing trauma from the body) with skills developed in traditional psychotherapy, dream analysis, and hypnosis to meet the individual needs of my clients. My own growth in personal healing and my long spiritual journey make me sensitive and open to the many levels of mind, body, and spirit.
