My Approach to Helping

I provide specialized counseling services for such things as adoption, drug addiction, anxiety, depression, learning disorders, educational issues, sex therapy and trauma.

I provide services for a wide range of areas such as Chicago city, north and southsides and the northern and western suburbs. I also provide online services to other areas.

I look at the totality. We look at how your conception of yourself has changed as you've grown older, your connectedness to yourself and to others, and how you relate to your body, and to the consequences of your actions and to your beliefs and how you have come to believe what you believe.

My goal is to help you to address all of these various interrelated aspects of your life.

I will teach you the skills you will need to dynamically make your dreams for the future a reality. I will empower you to make more life-affirming choices.
