My Approach to Helping
I believe each individual coming to therapy is unique in his or her strenghts, needs and abilities and I help my clients find their strenghts and abilties by empowering them and supporting them to get through difficult times in their life. I am very passionate about my work and have a very empathetic, compassionate, non-judgmental, and respectful approach in working with my clients.
My mission is to help people with personal growth and continue living or achieving a happier and more successful life. I treat individuals with depression, loss,grief, anxiety, relationship issues and low self esteem. I also help couples create more satisfying relationships. In addition a portion of my practice is devoted to working with young children, teens and their families through different challenges, as well as coaching parents in communicating more effectively with their teens.
I am devoted to helping my clients feel confident and powerful in order to achieve their goals and increase thier ability to lead a more peacful, fullfilled and happy lives.
