My Approach to Helping
"Helping You To Find Yourself, The Way You Want To Be." This is my task ... assisting you. You are on a journey now, to regain your intended health. There is something impeding you which may seem overwhelming. You may be very aware of the specifics of your concerns or it may seem confusing and hard to describe; but either way, you're ready to begin the work. It takes courage to reach out the way you are. You have it. You don't have to do this alone. There is a wisdom in your body, mind and spirit. It naturally wants to be whole and integrated. Together we will explore the issues that have made it difficult to be congruent. Woundings in the past may be influencing the present in ways that interfere with the relationships that are important to you. You can learn how to separate "then and there" from "here and now." There is nothing that can't be talked about. I would suggest talking to a number of therapists on the phone and seeing who feels like the right "fit." Please also consider calling me when you're ready to begin looking for your partner in healing ... 818-780-7619. I'll be glad to answer any questions you may have. Thank you. - Sandy
