My Approach to Helping
I view clients' efforts to seek out a therapist to be a courageous first step toward change and healing. We all can find ourselves caught in patterns of unhelpful thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. My role as a therapist is to first help clients increase their awareness of where and how they feel stuck and then to co-create a map away from these painful places toward lives that are meaningful, engaged, and whole.

If you've found yourself asking, "How did I get here?" or noticing that your life circumstances aren't exactly what you anticipated 1, 2, or 10 years ago, therapy can be helpful in getting you back on track or figuring out what a new path might be.
