Anger Therapy Sessions at Helping Hand Counseling Center are designed for learning how to manage and control this behavior instead of allowing it control you.

Anger Management Training is ideal for individuals, couples and groups, office and business staff, medical staff, sports, clergy, probation departments and law enforcement personnel.
