I am dedicated to helping people using a combination of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Directed Approach and Systems Theory Approach. These approaches can help you to reframe the way you view situations or people in your life, are centered around your needs and are based upon your individual family of origin/upbringing.

I have a great deal of experience working with addictions. From food and shopping to drugs and alcohol, I have helped many people find the origin of their addictions and work toward a healthier, more honest life. I have conducted drug and alcohol treatment with both individuals and groups and more recently I have been working with children and adolescents who have a long history of trauma and often diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress or Attachment Disorders.
