My Approach to Helping
My approach to counseling is to start with each individual exactly where they are now. I develop a partnership with my clients and together we map out the direction therapy will take. As I understand my client's needs, I will use whatever approach "best fits" their specific therapeutic goals. Solution Focused, Client Centered, and Cognitive therapy are all tools I may use to help my clients along their personal paths.

More Info About My Practice
As a Licensed Profesional Counselor-Intern, I have completed my licensure exam and master's degree in Counseling. I am currently working toward completing the 3000 hours in practice required by the State Licensing Board.

I have evening and weekend hours available for your convenience.
