My Approach to Helping
I am interested in helping people deal with sexual and relationship problems so they can increase playful intimacy and pleasure in their lives. My philosophy is that most people can profit from prioritizing more leisure time to enjoy time alone, and to date each other. I like to enhance their communication and negotiation skills so they can enhance their emotional connections. Humor is essential to achieve these goals. I find that laughter, exercise and orgasm go a long way toward relieving stress and being happy in the moment. In addition to solving basic sexual and relationship problems, I help clients who are interested to maximize sexual intimacy by coaching them toward more pleasurable lovemaking.
More Info About My Practice
I give homework and homeplay between sessions. I believe that the work and play a client engages in between sessions is essential to fully solving a problem. When there is a couple, I see clients alone first, and then together. Most of my therapy and coaching is short-term, but I do see some with more complicated concerns for a longer time.
