My Approach to Helping

YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Many people today feel alone, isolated and helpless. Overwhelmed by life's pressures. In a culture of instant gratification, people may try to medicate themselves with alcohol, drugs, or even relationships to relieve this pain only to find themselves victimized by the very medication they hope would help them.

More Info About My Practice

You can change your life! When emotional pain becomes unbearable, help is sought. This is the first step to change. Unhealthy thoughts, behaviors, emotional reactions contribute to maintaining the problem of addiction. The co-addict parallels the addicts feeling of fear, desperation, anger and depression. You are the first generation in the history of man, to have the opportunity to stop the cycle of addiction! I believe that each one of us has the ability to change their lives. Addictions do not have to destroy you and your loved ones. My mission is to help each person achieve recovery, self acceptance, peace, healthy connection with others and intergraded spirituality.
