Short tests help clarify your problem,like the Stress Check list or Worry Habit Scale. Then I tailor my methods to your needs, offering what seems best to suit you, and drawing on the cognitive/behavioral and the widest range of approaches. We make change in bite-size, careful steps using continuous feedback to get the best results. The goals themselves are set in line with your needs and wishes.

You can always speak to me personally by phone within 12 hours. My fees are $90 per session. I file claims for you and accept the contracted payments from your insurer. Co-payments are usually between $15 and $25 a session. We can schedule within a week of your call, between 8am and 6pm, preferably Monday and Tuesday. I safeguard your privacy with certain exceptions under the law, and will release records as you direct. You get copies right away of your Basic Information, Payment Agreement, Confidentiality and Disclosures. While I cannot prescribe medications, I can refer you to an experienced psychiatrist and consult with him or your primary doctor. And you can ask questions at any time.
