My Approach to Helping
I absolutely believe to the core of my being that everyone has what they need within themselves to heal. It is my job as a facilitator of healing to help people access their own inner genius and healing power.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love watching clients transform and step into the fullness of who they're meant to be. It is absolutely awe inspiring for me and a process that I feel deeply honored to be a part of.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Not only does a person going to therapy not mean they are weak or flawed, it means the opposite. All of us need help at one time or another in our lives. It would never occur to us to become basketball stars without coaching and it's no different with life. We need coaches along the way. We need healing along the way. No one is immune to the difficulties life throws our way and it takes courage to step into a therapist's office and say "I need help." So, no, not weak and flawed, quite the contrary--strong and clear.

Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance

The client-therapist relationship is the alchemical ingredient that makes deep healing and metamorphosis possible. If a client and I can form a safe, authentic, respectful, loving and collaborative space he or she will heal.
