My Approach to Helping

When you work with me you can expect respect, honesty, sincerity, and a non-judgmental approach. I am a kind person with a gentle heart whose true calling is to be available to others to improve life situations. If you are one of the many who prefers staying private, has never tried counseling, and/or is uncomfortable or apprehensive about talking with a new person, I understand and am looking forward to being the one to help you get back on track and feeling good about yourself. Along with providing Online, phone, office availability, and if you are local to me, we can arrange in-home sessions.
