***Insurance / Seguros Medicos:
I charge base on a sliding scale fee. No Insurance. I am an ASO provider as well as a vendor for Vocational Rehabilitation.
Se cobra un cargo fijo de acuerdo al ingreso familiar. Lamentablemente no acepto seguros medicos. Sin embargo, soy proveedor de los fondos ASO y Rehabilitacion Vocacional.

Cash, checks and/or money order .
