My Approach to Helping

I have a passion for helping people grow and make changes in their life that is clear from the minute you first make contact. My style of therapy is unique because it focuses on working with you to find YOUR answers whatever they may be. I believe that until you feel safe and comfortable in the therapy setting, it is challenging to create change. Therefore, I structure the session around mindfulness and collaborating together on the work.

I work collaboratively with my clients to help them reach their goals. The therapeutic relationship we create shifts people to move in the direction they are wanting to create change in their life. My specialties are couples, grief/loss, and infertility and I find particular success in these areas.
