My Approach to Helping
Are you between the ages of 21-45? Are you trying to figure out your love life, your frienships, your family, yourself or your career? I focus on helping people who want to create greater happiness and satisfaction in their life.

My approach is to explore what's causing you stress and creating sadness or frustration, and then to help you cultivate new ways to approach the challenges you're facing.

My strength lies in creating a non-judgemental, safe, and caring connection to help my clients as we work together.

It is an honor and an inspiration to witness courage and growth in clients. I see my clients shed sadness and worries, take important steps towards their goals, heal old wounds, deepen intimacy and satisfaction in their relationships, and develop the courage to make positive changes in themselves and in their lives.

The most important factor to being really helped by therapy is how comfortable you feel with your therapist, and the strength of the relationship you develop. Because of this, I invite you to check out my website and call for a free phone consultation to help you determine if you would like to work together.
