My Approach to Helping
With more than 16 years of clinical experience, my psychotherapy practice utilizes traditional talk therapy as well as drawing on many other modalities to enhance the therapeutic experience. Traditional psychotherapy coupled with relaxation and mindfulness techniques, and art therapy can improve one's mental and emotional well-being.

An integrated approach provides a concrete record of the course of progress of therapy, offers a non-threatening route to individual and family therapy work, and improves self-esteem. The focus is on the process not the product so NO art background is necessary.

Creative processes involved in artistic self-expression offers people a broad spectrum of resources with which to resolve conflicts and problems, develop interpersonal skills, manage behavior, reduce stress, increase self-esteem and self-awareness, and achieve insight.

Empower yourself through personal exploration. Together we can utilize a wonderful variety of tools to discover and strengthen the person you are!
