My Approach to Helping

I believe the three most important determiners of success in therapy are: the relationship between you and the therapist, your desire and motivation to change, and the therapist's ability to have empathy and compassion for you. I offer you a non-judgmental, respectful, nurturing, supportive, and safe environment to explore your life, your dreams and future, your challenges, and your innermost self. My main desire is that you feel encouraged to heal, grow, and transform so you can have the quality of life you truly deserve.
