My Approach to Helping

I specialize in working with relationship issues and self esteem problems for women and men. I work on relationship issues with singles and couples experiencing distancing, conflict and lack of intimacy. I work with women on body image and emotional eating and weight problems. I believe some change is always possible for everyone. I work with adults and couples using a variety of skill building techniques to help them reach their goals, dreams and stop repeating self defeating patterns. I work with women's issues including weight and body image, reproductive issues, parenting, and midlife and menopausal changes. I am interested in helping clients incorporate healthy life approaches into their individual and couples experience. I have extensive experience in psychotherapy and relationship counseling. I have been an adjunct instructor at NYU Silver School of Social Work for 14 years and I also supervise other therapists.
