Are you in favor of state licensing boards requiring pre-licensed therapists to undergo psychotherapy as part of licensure requirements, assuming all potential issues are addressed and adequately resolved prior to implementing such a requirement?

There are too many factors related to mental health. There are too many perspectives on what constitutes good mental health, which would just add another layer of bureaucracy. I understand why this question would arise but I believe this is best handled on an individual basis. I also know that is fraught with difficulty and problems, but I just don't believe adding more superimposed guidelines in our world of non-personal evolution is not the answer. Thanks for the opportunity to weigh in on this.
