My Approach to Helping
I believe we all contain within us everything we need to transform our lives into beautiful representations of our highest selves. We know when we are "off track", and we all have the ability to change. My approach is one of non-judgemental guidance. I use a variety of techniques, including "heart-centered" hypnotherapy, for those wishing a deeper and more powerful inner experience of therapy. Trust yourself. Simply being here now is an indication that you know what you need and are are willing to do the work.
More Info About My Practice
I can accept most insurance, however hypnotherapy sessions are charged differently. I am willing to travel, for those unable to come to an office. I am available for phone consultation between sessions, for those who have made that arrangement in a face to face session. I accept email, and will communicate in anyway you are comfortable.
