My Approach to Helping
We must help ourselves before we are able to be fully present in our own lives. At times just one dilemma can knock us down. I provide affordable professional therapy to help you and your family get back up during these difficult times. I work with couples, individuals, children, adolescents and families. My job is to focus on your goals and I spend each session working on what is most important to you. I am a compassionate and open minded therapist who enjoys working with diverse populations. I have experience in working with couples, women's issues, at risk youth, adolescents, and those impacted by physical and sexual abuse. In working with children I use play therapy techniques including art therapy and sand tray. I would love to help you and your family reach your goals whatever they may be.
