My Approach to Helping

We are hard-wired to grow, and when we clear away emotional blockages, this process resumes very naturally. Counseling can help you reconnect deeply with yourself and the people in your life -- to live with joy, compassion, humor, and resilience. Fear of change can limit your full range of motion, inner freedom -- and happiness. Genuine and creative use of the connection between client and counselor reintroduces you to your courage and strengthens your determination to feel healthier and to be happier. Counseling gives you the time and place in which you can work through old and new pain -- and to open yourself to light and delight. True and lasting growth can occur through deep talk, reflection, insight, and the alchemy of connection. It's a wonderful and meaningful process.
