My Approach to Helping
I am a licensed psychologist who works with individuals, couples, and families. At the heart of my work, I offer a safe, compassionate space where individuals and couples are able to access their own resources to deal with life's challenges. Through the use of the Internal Family Systems Model, mindfulness practices, and other approaches, my goal is to work collaboratively with others to create a greater sense of awareness, self-acceptance, and confidence.
