My Approach to Helping
Are you a woman who feels like something's missing in your life or in you? Maybe you're dealing with stress, worry, anxiety, depression, grief or low self-esteem. Or maybe you need support during a career or life transition. You might not even know exactly why you're feeling the way you do. No matter what you're dealing with though, you deserve to feel better. And the good news is that therapy, counseling and life coaching really work. You don't have to get through this alone.
With each counseling or coaching conversation you have an opportunity to move away from feeling stuck, overwhelmed and uncertain and move towards self understanding and self compassion. Using a blend of approaches, we'll work together to identify ways to help you feel better immediately. We'll also dive into deeper life themes. The result: Aha moments, healing, hope and forward movement.
