My Approach to Helping
I use an eclectic approach to therapy so as to create a "custom fit" for my clients. I believe that mindfulness - not living in he past or the future but rather living in this moment - can be beneficial for all. I believe that challenging negative thinking can also be very helpful.

I have extensive training in family therapy and with drug and alcohol issues.
